Some products in our store may be offered as pre-orders, meaning you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date.

 

Pre-Orders

 

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your product in advance of its availability. Payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• All pre-order sales are final.

• No cancellations, refunds, or order changes are allowed once a pre-order is placed.

• Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once production is complete and inventory becomes available.

• Estimated shipping or fulfillment dates are provided as guidelines only and may change due to production or supply conditions.

 

If you have questions before placing your pre-order, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
